Option A – 50” Cutting Head

  • Nominal 48” bun height accomodated. Standard head is 40”
  • Note: Automatic stoppage with blade break, soft start on blade via VFD

Option B – 67” Table (Outside Blade)

  • 49” is standard table outside the blade
  • Light curtain at operator access, dynamic blade stoppage if light curtain broken

Option C – 24” Leaf Table

  • 24” additional outside blade with hinges and hinged pullout leg supports

Option D – Interchangeable Blade Guides (Heavy Duty)

  • Provides support on the back blade edge for single edge blades
  • Useful for higher density foams when using single edge blades ie scalloped, c-tooth, etc

Option E – Hold Down Bar

  • Stabilizes multiple sheets when stacked from sliding against one another during the cutting
  • 2-1/4” minimum width of last cut with hold down bar. Easy to remove when not in use

Option F – Vacuum Attachment for Dust Control

  • Plumbed from blade exit point of foam to back of carriage – travels with blade (back of saw)
  • Schedule 40 PVC – 1-1/2” OD vacuum connection
  • Shop vac not included
